
i can't help but think that mainland officials could pay attention to us a little bit more, and observe our storm/typhoon preparation plans and our emergency response plans. despite the corruption, the ineptitude and greed of our government, i think that during a storm, the established system works well. i know we are tiny, but going through numerous supertyphoons has to count for something, right?
anyway, i was wondering if anyone has discussed lessons learned from guam before, and i came across this interesting press release.
